Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost. No charges apply and no refund process is relevant.

2. Pro Plan — Monthly Subscription

• Monthly subscriptions are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day full refund on your first monthly charge if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, the current month's charge is non-refundable. Future charges will not be made after cancellation.

3. Pro Plan — Annual Subscription

• Annual subscriptions are charged upfront for 12 months
• Refunds: Full refund if requested within 14 days of the annual charge
• After 14 days: pro-rated refund for remaining complete months minus a ₹499 processing fee
• No refund for the current partial month at the time of cancellation

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@atomtrade.in with:

• Subject: "Refund Request — [your registered email]"
• Reason for refund
• Transaction ID or date of charge

We process refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

5. Failed Charges and Disputes

If your card is declined, we will retry up to 3 times over 5 days. After that, your account is downgraded to Free. Re-subscribe anytime to restore Pro access.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@atomtrade.in within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days.

6. No Refunds for the Following

• Usage of the Platform that violates our Terms of Service
• Accounts suspended for abuse or market manipulation
• Charges older than 90 days (except where required by law)

7. GST

All prices include 18% GST. GST is non-refundable once a GST invoice has been issued, per Indian tax regulations.
